Returns & Exchanges

At Tropic of C, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable swimwear. We offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
